Jenny vs Jacob; ROUND TWO

Late in the evening, nearly every Avenger was asleep, except Jenny. Jenny was awake and training in the tower's training room, hands wrapped in bandages practicing stance with a punching bag.

Jacob was in a deep sleep, he still had his Stark Watch wrapped around his wrist as it rested against his forehead. A light flashed from the watch screen for a split second, waking him up, the training room was in active mode. He decided to investigate.

He eventually opened the door to the training room and saw Jenny standing in front of the punching bag.

Jenny took no notice and continued a flurry of punches and kicks at the punching bag. From where Jacob was standing he could hear the music blaring from her earbuds.

Jacob sluggishly walked over to a control terminal and pressed a code into the screen, the punching bag started lifting itself up on it's chain as it moved into the ceiling and out of Jenny's reach.

Jenny whirled around to look at the control terminal, and then to Jacob. "Hey! I was using that!" she shouted, rather loudly since her music was still blaring.

Jacob lifted his arms and stretched and then he moved his hands to his ears and made a motion for her to remove her earphones.

"Oh, right." Jenny tugged the ear buds loose and tucked them into the pocket of her basketball shorts. "But still, I was using that."

"What are you doing up so late? You should be asleep." Jacob asked, walking closer to Jenny.

"Just training, couldn't sleep." Jenny shrugged. "Why aren't you asleep?"

Jacob entered the training simulator and gave a yawn, he was wearing a black t-shirt and navy blue pajama pants. "I was, but then I saw that someone was in here, had to make sure no one was intruding. Any reason why you can't sleep?"

"Dunno, just not tired. Insomnia or something. And no one's invading the training room, unless you count yourself."

Jacob rose an eyebrow. "I live here and the tower is named after me. I think if anyone would be intruding here out of the two of us, it's you."

"I mean I was here first, but whatever man," Jenny replied,"Just go back to bed, I'm not going to ruin the training room so calm down."

Jacob shrugged it off. "Train as hard as you can then, I guess you need it." He started walking away.

"Unless you want to train? There's only so much a punching bag can do. And we still need to finish our last fight, there wasn't exactly a winner." Jenny tightened the bandages wrapped around her knuckles.

Jacob stopped and turned his head to peer over his shoulder. "You want to fight again? Even after you took a beating?" He had a joking tone in his voice.

"Don't get cocky yet, you called the last fight off cause you knew I'd make a come back," Jenny said snidely, rolling up her sleeves.

Jacob turned his head back forward so Jenny could see the back of his head. "Then attack me if you think you can make a come back."

Jenny stood for a second, calculating, before timing a lunge accompanied by a punch aimed squarely for the back of his neck.

Jacob waited until the last second until he stepped out of the way, letting Jenny's fist fly past his head. He lifted his arms up and threw her down onto the ground below him.

Jenny caught herself on a knee and stuck the other leg out sweeping at Jacob's feet.

Jacob did a small jump and stood on Jenny's leg, he jumped off of it and swung his other foot towards the side of her head while in mid-air.

Jenny jumped to her feet in time to catch and cushion the kick toward her stomach with her hands. She then lifted his leg up, past his flexibility, towards his shoulder.

Jacob pushing against the pain, slowly used his foot to get into balanced, and he quickly propped it up and kicked her in the tailbone, causing her to let go of his leg.

Jenny countered with a spin kick towards his chest.
